Every activity is being managed professionally. Now election rallies are not managed by political parties but by professionals who plan for every activity. Events like Bollywood star nights or pop star nights, fairs, matches and even weddings are being conducted on large scales. Communication network is either not available or often not accessible. There are different sets of people working in events who need communication networks for their own needs and sometimes to coordinate with other teams.
